Responsibilities:
Facility Management: To guarantee a suitable working environment, supervise the maintenance of office space, including repairs, cleaning services, and workstations.
Vendor & Contract Management: Locate, negotiate, and oversee connections with suppliers of office supplies, utilities services, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Procurement & Inventory: Process invoices, handle petty cash, and preserve an ideal supply of office supplies, pantry items, and housekeeping supplies.
Front Office & Guest Relations: Take care of incoming calls and mail, oversee the reception area, and make
sure that clients and guests have a professional experience.
Compliance & Safety: Make sure the office complies with health and safety laws, such as those pertaining to first-aid kit upkeep and fire safety drills.
Event Coordination: Help plan business events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal meetings.
Required Skills:
Organizational Skills: Outstanding capacity for time management and work prioritization in a hectic setting.
Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally while working with employees and outside partners.
Problem-Solving: The capacity to swiftly and composedly manage facility problems or office situations.
Software Proficiency: Basic understanding of accounting or ERP software, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
