Job Description
Your Contribution:
Office Supplies: Maintain stock levels by managing the inventory of stationery, equipment, and office supplies and starting procurement requests.
Facilities Liaison: Organize maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services in coordination with facility management, suppliers, and service providers.
Meeting Support: Plan, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, making sure that refreshments and equipment are set up.
Travel and Logistics: Plan staff or management's
domestic and foreign travel, including making reservations for lodging, flights, and itinerary management.
Attendance: Organize leave requests and keep track of staff attendance.
Greeting Visitors: In a polite and professional manner, greet and help clients, guests, and visitors.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Location: In And Around Chennai
