What You will do:
Manage Daily Operations: You will supervise and manage the office's daily administrative tasks, making sure that the workspace is tidy, orderly, and professional.
Be the Organiser: You will oversee schedules, plan meetings, make travel plans, and deal with high management correspondence.
Simplify Procedures: To make sure
we have all the materials and services we need, you will oversee inventories, manage vendor relationships, and handle office procurement.
Be the First Point of Contact: You will professionally answer incoming calls and send guests to the right department or individual.
Provide Crucial Support: You will help with data entry, HR administration, and other important administrative duties as required, making sure all records are correct and current.
