Your Duties:
Keep an eye on the inventory of office supplies, place prompt orders, and bargain with suppliers to guarantee affordability.
Create and manage effective electronic and physical filing and record-keeping systems for important documents.
Create, edit, and format
memos, internal communications, and official documents.
Plan and organize executive and staff travel, conferences, and meetings.
Help with processing invoices, keeping an eye on the administrative budget, and confirming expenditure reports for administrative expenses.
Help the HR division with the administrative facets of hiring and firing employees.
