Supervise Office Operations as an Admin Executive
Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Responsibilities
Oversee the procurement, inventory, and office supply processes.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering mail, setting up meetings, and keeping documentation.
Help with HR-related duties such training session coordination, employee record maintenance, and onboarding.
Assure the efficient operation of office equipment and communicate with maintenance vendors.
Keep important company information private and manage it.
Help with financial management, such as processing invoices,
managing petty cash, and performing simple bookkeeping.
Qualification:
shown experience working in an administrative capacity, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
strong multitasking and organising abilities.
proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in Microsoft Office.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
the capacity to work alone and responsibly with sensitive data.
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
