Position: Program Management Assistant
• Location: Dallas preferred (OPT Candidates can apply)
• Company Base: Dallas, Texas, USA
• Start Date: Immediate
• Type: Part-time or Full-time
Role Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Assist with managing project timelines, setting up meetings, and updating project management tools.
• Client Communication: Send follow-up emails, take detailed call notes, and maintain records in our CRM, PMS.
• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, handle scheduling, organize files, and provide other administrative support as needed.
• Social Media & Marketing Support: Post updates on social media, research topics, and coordinate content calendars.
• Customer Service: Handle basic client inquiries and
follow up on client requests.
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience using project management tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
