Job Description
To join our team, we are looking for an Administrative Executive that is well organised and driven. As an administrative executive, you will be essential to our office's seamless and effective functioning.
What you will do:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and scheduling meetings.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with travel arrangements and event planning.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Contribute to a positive and productive
work environment
What we need:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
