Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files and documents, and processing office payments. The Office Assistant
will also collaborate with other team members on special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience with customer service and administrative tasks is a plus
