We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Junior Assistant to support our team in day-to-day administrative tasks. The Junior Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by providing organizational and clerical support, handling routine office tasks, and assisting senior staff members with various duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office duties such
as filing, answering phones, and managing emails.
Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Provide support in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Greet and assist visitors or clients.
Assist senior staff with administrative tasks and project management.
Data entry and maintaining databases/spreadsheets.
