Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Collaborate with housekeeping, transportation, food services, and other departments to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient office environment
Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols across the organization.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement
necessary measures
Manage daily administrative duties, including record-keeping, correspondence, and office supplies inventory.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues effectively
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and other relevant software.
