Job Description
We are looking to add a creative and seasoned administrative manager to our team. In your capacity as administrative manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless and effective daily operations of our office while offering our staff and management outstanding assistance.
Requirements:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and phone calls.
Maintain office records and files
Manage and monitor the administrative budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track office expenses.
Prepare and monitor administrative
budgets.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
