Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services and queries.
Provide accurate information about accounts, transactions, loans, and other financial products.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
Ensure adherence to compliance, policies, and quality standards.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any discipline.
Salary: Above 18k per month
