What you will do:
providing an excellent and seamless customer experience by acting as the one point of contact for all banking, loan, and
investment needs.
identifying and recommending suitable products, such as loans, mortgages, insurance, investments, and wealth management services, by proactively evaluating customers' financial objectives and carrying out thorough financial evaluations.
strengthening client relationships through consistent, valuable communication, effectively handling complicated problems, and, where needed, connecting clients with bank experts.
obtaining new high-net-worth (HNW) or priority customers via networking, targeted outreach, and referrals, which helps the branch's loan and deposit portfolio grow.
conducting client transactions and providing advise while strictly adhering to all regulatory and compliance norms.
