Your Impact:
In order to create leads, advertise banking goods and services, and deliver first-rate customer service, you will be in charge of making outbound calls to both current and new clients. The ideal applicant will be able to accomplish goals in a fast-paced setting, have a positive and persuasive attitude, and have excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English.
Key Responsibilities:
To advertise our range of banking goods and services that are pertinent to the Chennai market, make outbound calls to both current and new clients.
Clearly and succinctly describe the features and advantages of our banking products.
Respond to consumer calls by answering
their questions, giving them information, and taking care of simple problems.
Recognise client needs and suggest appropriate banking services and solutions.
Reach the call handling and sales goals that the Chennai team has established.
What you Need:
Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent service.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues effectively and professionally.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software commonly used in Chennai.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
