Managing Overall Finance Function involving determining Financial objective, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial report.
Prepare and saturatory Book of Account viz journal, ledger, cash book and MIS in compliance with time & accuracy norms and applicable accounting standards.
Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports.
Liaising and negotiating with banks & financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities
at favorable terms to meet working capital requirements.
Ensuring fulfillment of all requisite formalities, preparation of papers/ documents for effective funding, overdraft facilities, bank guarantee & loans.
Requirements
Filling of FLA Return with RBI.
- GST Compliance Inputting work
- GST Checking every month
- GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B reconcilation
- Taking care of GST audits
Checking of all the Vouchers
TDS Return Preparation and Filling
Ensure monthly Closing of Books of Accounts and Preparation of Monthly Report.
