Responsibilities
Create and carry out account plans to meet organisational goals.
Track important account KPIs and project sales revenue.
Create reports on account performance and activity on a regular basis.

skilfully handling client concerns, you may guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
Make sure your clients' requirements are satisfied by proactively addressing their complaints.
Skills:
strong knowledge of market trends, competitive environments, and business principles
Outstanding communication and presenting abilities both in writing and speaking
Proficiency in managing customer contacts and tracking sales activities using CRM software (such as Salesforce and HubSpot)
