Job Description
Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services (e.g., loans, credit cards, accounts, investments).
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, gather necessary information, and schedule appointments for sales teams or branch visits.
Product Explanation: Clearly and concisely explain the features, benefits, and terms of various banking products and services in Tamil and English.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and
performance metrics.
Skills
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken Tamil with a clear and persuasive communication style. Good command of spoken English is also essential.
Sales & Persuasion Skills: Proven ability to influence and persuade customers.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and a passion for building relationships.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and effectively explain banking products and services.
