Maximise Your Skills Role of a Field Collection Executive
Job Description
To join our team, we are looking for a Field Collection Executive that is extremely driven and results-oriented. You will visit clients in person, negotiate payment plans, and make sure that collections are made on time in order to recover unpaid debts.
What you will do:
To collect past-due payments, make field trips to the locations of your clients.
Arrange and carry out client appointments to go over unpaid amounts and work out payment arrangements.
Examine and settle any disparities in accounts.
Together with your clients, work out payment schedules and installment options.
Keep client information private.
What we need:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities,
especially the capacity to interact with clients in an efficient manner and work out conditions of payment.
Outstanding customer service abilities with an emphasis on establishing and preserving goodwill with customers.
the capacity to assess customer circumstances, spot roadblocks, and create workable answers to payment problems.
Have a current driver's license and, if necessary, dependable transportation.
