Responsibilities:
Data management: Ensure that business-critical data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained in the organization's ERP or CRM systems.
Document Processing: Examine and confirm that incoming documents are comprehensive and according to corporate guidelines.
Report Generation: Use Microsoft Excel or internal tools to gather information and create performance reports for management.
Backend Coordination: To guarantee that client orders or requests are handled promptly, coordinate with the sales, finance, or logistics divisions.
Database maintenance: To eliminate duplicates, fix mistakes, and guarantee the accuracy of the company's records, do routine data cleansing.
Billing & Invoicing: Create pro-forma
invoices, monitor payments, and keep digital records of all financial activities to help the finance team.
Inventory tracking: Keep an eye on service availability or stock levels, and notify the procurement team when replenishments are needed.
