Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry.
Invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Help in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
Assist in conducting financial analysis and variance analysis as required.
Support in maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
Provide
general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Experience/ Educational qualification/ Eligibility:
- Education - Anything that backs up the Job description
- Should have the adopting and learning attitude
- Should have strong leadership skills
- A fair communication
Required skills:
- Should be strong in accounting, finalization of books, Tally, or any cloud accounting software
- Should have knowledge of income tax filing and handling notices
- Must have GST knowledge
Experience:
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Tax: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
