As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments from clients. You will use your negotiation skills to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively recovering overdue payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in
collections or a related field.
Responsibilities:
1.Contact clients to discuss overdue payments
2.Negotiate repayment plans
3.Maintain detailed records of collection activities
4.Follow up on payment commitments
5.Identify and escalate complex cases to senior management
