Experience: 1–2 Years (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Qualification: MBA (HR or related field preferred)
Salary: 18k to 25k Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Handle HR documentation and day-to-day office
administration.
Support core HR processes and provide administrative assistance.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR admin tasks.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
