Expertise to Overseas Accountancy as an Accounts Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management: Ensure that all business transactions are promptly and accurately documented by keeping up with and updating the books of accounts.
Accounts Payable (AP): Handle vendor bills, confirm approvals, and make sure payments are made on schedule while, if feasible, utilizing early payment discounts.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Keep an eye on customer aging data, chase down past-due payments, and make sure that customer accounts are accurately credited with cash.
Bank Reconciliation: To find and fix differences between the internal ledger and the bank statement, conduct routine bank and inter-company reconciliations.
Taxation & Compliance: Provide assistance with the computation and submission of statutory returns, including income tax, GST, and TDS, while guaranteeing complete compliance with regional laws.
cost management: Verify that
employee reimbursements and cost claims comply with the organization's own travel and expense guidelines.
Accounting for Fixed Assets: Keep track of the fixed asset register, compute depreciation, and document additions or deletions of business property.
Financial Reporting: Provide monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports for internal review to senior management.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Degree related to Accounting
