Job Description
Primary Task: Our goal is to build and preserve enduring connections with our Chennai clients by learning about their needs, meeting those needs, and making sure they are satisfied in order to promote business expansion and retention.
Responsibilities
Actively cultivate enduring relationships with current Chennai clients by serving as their go-to source and trusted advisor.
Determine customer needs and chances for cross-selling and upselling of pertinent goods and services that are suited to the Chennai market.
Track the performance of client accounts and spot chances for development and expansion within their Chennai-based company.
Find solutions for clients in Chennai by efficiently troubleshooting problems and collaborating with pertinent internal teams.
Find business development prospects and possible new customers
in the Chennai market.
Create frequent reports on the state of customer relationships, possible hazards, and expansion prospects for the Chennai portfolio.
Required Abilities:
Strong understanding of business development principles and customer relationship management strategies relevant to the local business environment.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal in English and Tamil) and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients in Chennai.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client needs and resolve issues effectively within the Chennai context.
