Your Duties:
Data management: Correctly input and update data from a variety of source documents into company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
Documentation & Filing: To ensure simple retrieval and adherence to data retention regulations, maintain, arrange, and preserve both digital and physical documents.
Order and Transaction Processing: Process orders, create invoices, and confirm transaction data to assist the sales or operations teams.
Inquiry Handling: Address internal inquiries from various departments and supply the required information or reports upon request.
Inventory: Assist in tracking office supplies, equipment,
and assets; collaborating with the procurement team for replenishments.
Reporting: To monitor team productivity, create operational reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis using Microsoft Excel or internal software.
QC: To find and fix inconsistencies before they affect the company, conduct routine audits of data entry and documentation.
