What You will do:
Client Portfolio Management: As their main point of contact for all needs, manage and expand a portfolio of valuable clients.
Needs Analysis & Solutions: Actively interact with customers to learn about their financial and business objectives in order to provide suitable goods, services, and solutions from our inventory.
Relationship Building: Establish and preserve enduring, solid
bonds based on respect for one another, trust, and a thorough comprehension of the needs of the client.
Revenue Growth: Find ways to upsell and cross-sell, and hit or beyond sales and revenue goals.
Customer service: Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing problems, and making sure that the client experience is seamless and satisfying.
Market Knowledge: To give clients timely and pertinent advise, stay current on industry news, market trends, and competitor products.
