About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with teams, maintaining records, and supporting management in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage office administration, correspondence, and filing systems.
Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk operations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and office supplies.
Assist HR and management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and events.

Prepare reports, letters, and necessary documentation as required.
Support management in day-to-day operational activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Qualification: Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in administration (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.
