Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases with accuracy.
Handle and process papers, such as contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Assist different company departments with general administrative tasks.
Help with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel planning.
Skills:
Outstanding precision
and quickness in data entering.
proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite.
CRM system experience (if applicable).
Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.
