Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / Hour
What you'll be doing as a Lawn Care Team Lead:
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of lawn care technicians to ensure adherence to company standards and efficient performance
• Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control
• Coordinate team schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient resource utilization
• Ensure services meet quality standards and client expectations
• Communication with clients to address concerns,
provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain equipment to keep in good working condition
• Enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment
• Record work performed, inventory levels, and client communications
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
• Provide training to enhance team skills and performance.
Available shifts:
Shift timings -1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in lawn care or landscaping required
• Strong understanding of lawn care techniques, equipment, and products
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve goals
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and be out in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and any required certifications
