PeopleReady ofBardstown, KY is now hiring Dishwashers!As a Dishwasher, you will clean kitchens, dishes, food preparation equipment, and utensils in addition to always maintaining order.Shift times are Thursday - Sunday 12:00pm to Close.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $ 15 /hour
What you'll be doing as a Dishwasher:
• Load and unload dishwashing machine.
• Wash glassware and various kitchen items by hand, when necessary.
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
• Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. dish detergents, soap, mops, brooms, etc.)
• Remove garbage regularly and take to dumpster,
plus clean garbage cans.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
• Commitment to all around cleanliness, including dishwashing and dish storage areas.
• Notify Chef any time dish machine washer or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other staff as needed, especially during peak hours.
• Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to management.
Available shifts:
Shift timings -2nd Shift (Evening),Weekends
Job requirements:
• Strength and stamina required to lift loads and empty/clean all trash receptacles.
• Ability to meticulously clean iced tea and coffee machines daily.
• Must always follow sanitation and safety policies.
• Basic janitorial skills to clean up spills, broken glassware, etc. immediately.
• Ability to operate an industrial dishwasher safely and rapidly.
• Background Check Required
• Drug Test Required
