PeopleReady of Bardstown, KY is now hiring Flex Operators! Flex Operator assists production by filling in for Floaters and/or Production Operators as needed Must have Maintenance Experience . Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Flex Operator:
• Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools, ensuring fit, form, and function
• Clean, test, and assemble nozzles and
nozzle blocks
• Prepare for mold changeovers and assist in the process as needed
• Daily cleaning of assigned presses and press areas
• Assist in completing FPI/SA tasks
• Maintain general housekeeping and perform additional duties as assigned by management
Available shifts:
Shift Timings:2nd Shift (Evening) ,3rd Shift (Night) andWeekends
Job requirements
• Read and understand product-related documents such as guidelines, quality alerts, safety alerts, and other relevant material
• Attend and complete Paulson training within one year of starting the positio
• Work safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and using required personal protective equipment
• Background check and drug screen required
