Team Lead
PeopleReady ofCharlotte, NC is now hiring Team Leads!You will be working with and provide support to other vehicle inspectors. This is a temp to perm position.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Team Lead :
• Will be a team lead on the warehouse floor for the morning shift.
• Will train, lead and assist in tarping trucks and supervising the forklift roles.
• Inspecting vehicles
for damage and completing reports of any damage.
• Providing excellent customer service skills
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Assisting in the training of other associatesand the ability to give guidance and feedback
Available shifts:
Shift Timings -1st Shift (Day)
Shift is 6am 3p Monday-Friday. (overtime is available)
Job requirements:
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Able to stand for long periods of time during shift
• Experience in a warehouse setting leading a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Background check required
• Drug test required
