Can you help me find houses in Atlanta that are 3 bed, 2 bath, built after 1960, preferably vacant, and needing some fix-up work?
If so, I would like you to work with me and bring me those deals to buy. For each house that I buy, I will write you a BIG check. I an looking for 4-7 houses cach and every month on an on-going basis, so there is plenty opportunity to make some very good money!
IMPORTANT NOTE: This opportunity is for experienced property locators. I will provide detailed
criteria for exactly what I am looking to buy, but I will NOT be providing any additional training. Naturally, I will work with you to gct you all the details you nccd in order to find exactly what it is that I am looking for but I am not going to be providing training or coaching. It is important that you already have the experience, skills, and resources to bring me the DEALS I am looking for!
