Working abilities:
1. Accurately enter data
2. Creation of invoices for authorisation
3. Check completion of staff expense forms
4. Banking when required
5. Input of supplier invoices
6. Reconcile daily banking and deposit the banking each afternoon
7. Order change as required
8. Prepare mail for franking and maintain postage log
9. Photocopying of stationery requirements

11. Daily errands as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Team worker
Computer skills – PC skills essential in Microsoft Office on the user level.
