We are looking to add Team Members to learn and use our Training Blueprints.
The ideal candidate for this position is coachable and self-motivated as well as reliable.
You will have a personal mentor that will help you with any questions that you may have along the way, available Mon-Friday, 8am-8pm.
We're looking for a individuals who are passionate about our company and our commitment to service.
Responsibilities:
Learn and adapt to new operational procedures and technology.
Support and advance initiatives that contribute
to the success of the organization.
Attend organization-specific training programs that improve skills and knowledge.
Identify solutions to problems and communicate them to management.
Suggest ways of improving the performance of your team, department, or company.
Cope with changing priorities and work under deadline pressure in a high-performing environment.
Must haves:
Cell phone, laptop or computer.
At least 2 hrs per day to set aside for tasks and answering emails.
Be available at least 3 days per week to work.
