Business Development & Strategy Analyst I/II/III - Pittsburgh, PA (10587BR)

As an Analyst in the Strategy group, you will be helping to execute the corporate strategy. Simply stated, our strategy is focused on building a more balanced and sustainable U. S. Steel, bringing the best of integrated and mini-mill capabilities to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Your primary day to day activities include financial analysis and model development, valuation analysis, industry research, and the preparation of various presentations and documents for high-level decision making and the Board of Directors. This position provides a great exposure across the corporation and will provide a great opportunity to grow your career throughout U. S. Steel.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant

experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining superior accuracy in your work product
•Ability to clearly and concisely present key findings and proposals to senior leaders
•Collaborate across the corporation including finance, operations, engineering, legal, marketing, and others to ensure strategic objectives are met
