Job Description:
Infor ERP, specifically focused in the MRP/SCM (Planning) space
Provide Level-1 technical and functional application support and administration for Infor MRP/SCM (planning) following defined ITSM processes
Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
and system adoption from inception to hyper-care (requirements, specifications, testing, training and implementation)
Execute and administer data query, batch scheduling, scripting, report writing
Develop and enhance change and release management process and controls
Leverage Infor Best Practices to drive value and efficiency within the enterprise while remaining current with emerging technologies and solutions
Key contributor the Enterprise Transformation Program and other strategic initiatives
