Full Description
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer, PE for our fast-paced, growing structural engineering firm located near Manchester, NH.
Responsible for acting as the Structural Engineer of record for the firm’s building design projects, performing QA and sign-off on calculations and plans. Performing feasibility studies. Assisting with business, client and proposal development. Responsible for overseeing clients, projects and engineering staff, including coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
Must have outstanding structural design experience with new and existing building structures. Extensive knowledge of building codes and standards for all types of building
materials and components. Proficiency with structural design software (e.g., STAAD, RISA). Revit experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree and Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Hampshire is required. PE licenses in additional States in the northeast is a plus. A minimum of ten years of professional experience in building structural design, analysis and renovation is required.
