Akash Institute of Nursing is the premier institute that is committed to providing excellent Nursing education to students from India and abroad and strives to fulfill a variety of needs in the changing education scenario.
The students of B.Sc. Nursing will be trained to work in different specialties. The Nursing students will be trained on the fundamentals of operation theatre technology, pharmacology, pathology, first aid, emergency response, trauma care, gynaecology, nephrology, and other medical-related fields. The B.Sc. Nursing students will be given fundamental training on medical practices along with the training on professional Nursing and

Midwifery. The B.Sc. Nursing students will learn all the important aspects of Nursing during the course duration. The programme is aimed at imparting a thorough knowledge of the basics of the Nursing profession. The course duration is 4 years with an additional 6-month internship. The Eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Nursing students is that the candidate should have passed +2 level (Karnataka PUC, ISC, CBSE, state boards) in Science stream with 45% aggregate marks (or equivalent) from a board recognized by RGUHS with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Category I should have passed +2 level (Karnataka PUC, ISC, CBSE, state boards) in Science stream with 40% aggregate marks (or equivalent) from a board recognized by RGUHS with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The candidate should be at least 17 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission.
