Key Responsibilities:Installation and Maintenance:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Troubleshooting:Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Diagnose problems in plumbing systems and recommend appropriate repairs.Pipefitting:Cut, thread, and bend pipes to required angles using appropriate tools and equipment.Install and connect pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.Collaboration:Work closely with other team members, including electricians, carpenters, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address concerns.Quality Control:Conduct
inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of plumbing installations.Perform tests to identify leaks and ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.Prepare reports as needed for project management and client updates.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a Plumber in a similar role.Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments.Education and Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Plumbing certification or relevant vocational training.
