We are looking for that rare individual who can manage multiple duties flawlessly and who knows their way around graphic design software, office software and social media marketing platforms. Our busy and growing ad agency requires an organized, results-oriented person with well-developed graphic design, social media, proofreading, and PC and MAC abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· In this position, you will provide full design and support to the Senior Graphic Designer, assist the account manager with research and data entry, ad proofing, as well as coordinate online and print recruitment ad placement for some of the top companies.
· You have tremendous attention-to-detail and data entry skills, well-developed prioritization and organization abilities, are comfortable in a deadline-driven
environment, and have a “can-do” attitude at all times.
Candidate Qualifications:
· Fluent in English, oral and written.
· At least 1 years of social media & social media marketing experience
· Highly technically inclined with excellent layout/production & creative skills with the Adobe Creative Suite – specifically InDesign, XD, Illustrator & Photoshop.
· Must have access to Microsoft Office. Experience using Teams, Planner, Excel an asset.
